We aim to process all orders within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, upon receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive a notification once your order has been shipped. Please note that delivery time estimates provided below are based on orders received before 1 pm. For any orders placed after this time, kindly add an additional business day to the estimated delivery timeframe.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. EquiPod is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.


When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
